Anderson's Sheet Metal Heating & Air Conditioning.

The state insures Anderson's under workers' comp classes for HVAC installation and repair, plumbing and sewer line cleaning, and sheet metal fabrication, which matches the shop name: ductwork gets made, not just bought. Recent county mechanical permits put crews on homes in Spokane and Medical Lake in 2025 and 2026. In 2013 the business did subcontract work for the Spokane Housing Authority. The state lists Eric, Mary, Michael and Craig Anderson as principals, and the company advertises service after the sale. This is a busy residential outfit that also takes light commercial HVAC and new construction mechanical work. It fits a household that wants one call for a furnace swap, an emergency plumbing fix, or the mechanical side of a kitchen or bath remodel. Large industrial projects are outside its line; the work centers on homes and smaller commercial buildings. Before comparing HVAC quotes in Spokane, write down the size and age of the house, the current furnace or heat pump and its fuel, and which rooms run cold in January or hot in August. Ask each contractor to put the equipment model, any ductwork changes, permit handling and the service call fee in writing, so the bids line up item for item. For older homes with original ducts, ask whether sealing or resizing is included or priced separately.
