Complete Heating & Shtmtl Inc.

The company says it was founded in 1994 and is family-owned, and the state lists Leasa Glover as a principal since 1995 and Daniel Glover since 2017. The crew runs in the 11 to 20 range. Advertised work covers HVAC design, design-build for new construction, gas fireplace installs, air handlers, duct cleaning and service maintenance agreements, and the business is part of the Avista contractor network. Public work runs from 2009 to 2019, mostly as a subcontractor, for Spokane County, Spokane County Public Works, Spokane County Fire District 8, and the Quincy and Lamont school districts. The company advertises warranties on repair work and an option to extend labor coverage. This is a mechanical shop, so it fits heating, cooling and ductwork jobs rather than projects that also need an electrician or plumber under the same contract. It suits new construction where ductwork gets fabricated to the plan, commercial buildings, and homeowners spread across the wider Spokane and Kootenai County area who want one outfit handling ongoing maintenance. Fabrication here serves the installs, so the shop is better matched to complete HVAC jobs than to standalone metal orders. Before an HVAC install, get the scope in writing: which equipment, whether ductwork is being modified or replaced, and who handles the thermostat and any condensate drain routing, which matters in a Spokane winter when lines can freeze. Ask how the crew protects finished floors and what cleanup looks like when they leave. Agree on how change orders get priced if they open a wall and find undersized ducts. Then ask what the labor warranty covers, how long it runs, and what maintenance keeps the manufacturer's warranty valid.
