Redtail Refrigeration LLC.

Electrical permits filed under the company's licence in 2025 and 2026 show what the work looks like in practice. Most are rooftop unit replacements in Spokane and Spokane Valley, including a pair of RTUs changed out over two neighboring storefronts, plus an exhaust fan, two air handlers with their condensing units, and two rooftop units in Ellensburg. The state insures the business under a single HVAC-R install, service and repair class, and puts the crew at one to three people, so the owner is on the tools. Brandon Eichenlaub is listed by the state as a principal since 2023. Redtail advertises work on TurboChef, MerryChef and Amana equipment, emergency service, and says it is family-owned and veteran-owned. That shape suits a restaurant, café or retail tenant with a rooftop unit near the end of its life, an ice machine down before a weekend, or several sites across Eastern Washington that need one refrigeration contact. Commercial buildings are the focus. Someone after residential plumbing or a water heater is better served by a plumber, and large municipal or public works contracts sit outside what this small shop has pursued. Before comparing quotes on a rooftop unit or refrigeration job, write down the make, model and tonnage of the existing equipment, whether the curb and gas and electrical connections will be reused, and who handles crane lifts, disposal of the old unit and refrigerant recovery. Ask each bidder to state the electrical permit they'll pull and whether startup and a first service visit are included. For Spokane storefronts in shared buildings, note landlord access and roof rules so every bid prices the same job.
