Daniels Landscape Supplies LLC.

Daniels Landscape Supplies is registered in Idaho only, and its work stays on that side of the line. Rathdrum is home base, and the business lists a travel radius of about 25 miles from there, which takes in much of the Coeur d'Alene area's northern and western neighborhoods. Its Idaho registration dates to 2018, and the page's registration panel shows the number and current status. Most planting, sod, mulch and basic yard grading in Coeur d'Alene-area jurisdictions doesn't call for a building permit. Some landscape jobs do. Retaining walls above a certain height, structures like pergolas or decks, irrigation tied into a domestic water line with backflow protection, and grading that changes drainage onto a neighbor's lot or a public right-of-way can all trigger review. Rules differ between Rathdrum, Kootenai County and the neighboring cities, so check with the jurisdiction where the property sits. When a permit is needed, expect the contractor to pull it and schedule the inspections. The contractor knows the work being done, and a permit in the contractor's name puts responsibility for meeting code where it belongs.
