Green Acres Landscaping Innovations LLC.

The business is registered with Idaho's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing and has held that registration since 2021. Its work is landscaping, run from Coeur d'Alene, with a travel range that reaches Dalton Gardens, Hayden Lake and the newer subdivisions toward Rathdrum. That keeps it squarely on the Idaho side of the line, working the yards and lots of the Coeur d'Alene area. Most planting, sod and general yard work around Coeur d'Alene doesn't need a permit. Some landscape jobs do. Retaining walls past a certain height, grading that changes how water drains off a lot, new irrigation tied to the water supply with a backflow device, and anything near the lake or a shoreline can bring in the city, Kootenai County or the local water provider. Lots inside Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls and Hayden fall under different jurisdictions, and county land has its own rules. Before the work starts, ask which approvals the job needs and expect the contractor to pull them under its own registration. That puts the inspection and any corrections on the contractor rather than the homeowner, and it leaves a clean record when the house sells.
