Lineage Landscape LLC.

Lineage Landscape is registered as a contractor in Washington through L&I, and the state insures it under landscaping and site improvement work, which lines up with the services it lists. The company describes itself as family-owned and owner-operated. The state lists Victor Hixson Jr. as a principal since 2023. The jobs it names are the kind that reshape a yard: grading and leveling ground, building retaining walls, laying paver patios, and putting in or fixing sprinkler systems. That makes it a fit for a homeowner in Spokane or Spokane Valley who wants a patio, a wall or an irrigation system on a house lot and would rather deal with the person doing the work. A crew this size suits residential projects. Large commercial grounds work, or a job that calls for a specific manufacturer's installer program, is a different kind of hire than what this business lists. Landscaping demand in Spokane bunches up hard in spring. Once the snow is gone and the ground thaws, everyone wants sprinklers started, patios built and yards graded at the same time, and small crews book up quickly. Getting on a schedule in late winter gives the best shot at spring work. Late summer and early fall are often easier to book and still good for hardscaping, and fall is when irrigation lines need blowing out before the first hard freeze.
