Prestige Landscape Maintenance Inc.

Hayden is home base, and a 25-mile radius from there takes in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens and Hayden Lake. Prestige Landscape Maintenance works on the Idaho side of the line under its Idaho registration. A homeowner or property manager on the north end of Kootenai County looking for a local landscaping outfit is squarely in the territory this business covers. Before comparing landscape maintenance quotes, write down exactly what you want done and how often. List the areas involved: lawn, beds, shrubs, trees within reach, edges along walks and driveways. Note whether you want mowing only, or also trimming, weeding, leaf cleanup and debris hauling, and whether spring and fall cleanups are part of the deal or priced separately. In North Idaho the season starts late and ends with heavy leaf drop, so ask each bidder when service begins and stops, and what happens after snow arrives. Get every quote against the same written list, so you are comparing the same work and not three different guesses.
