Selkirk Landscape LLC.

The state insures Selkirk Landscape under workers' comp classes for lawn care maintenance and for street and parking lot sweeping, and that matches the service list closely. The crew mows, fertilizes, treats weeds, repairs sprinkler lines and takes on landscape enhancements, with spring and fall cleanups making up a steady share of the work. The business was established in 2022, runs a crew in the 11-to-20 range, and works within about 25 miles of its Spokane base. The state lists Taylor Satcher as a principal since 2022. Selkirk is a good fit for a homeowner or small property manager who wants the same crew back every season and wants quick turnaround when something comes up between visits, like a broken sprinkler line. It's a maintenance and upkeep operation working on residential and commercial lots. Municipal contracts, heavy civil jobs and new-construction builds are outside what it does. Landscaping demand in Spokane comes in waves. Spring cleanup and sprinkler start-up compete for the same few weeks after the snow melts, so it pays to book a maintenance contract in late winter rather than waiting for the first warm weekend. Fall cleanup and sprinkler blowouts crowd together before the first hard freeze, and snow removal slots are usually spoken for by the time the first storm hits. Locking in a seasonal arrangement with one crew covers all three without having to start over each time.
