Yochum Landscape LLC.

Yochum Landscape works under a single trade, landscaping, and runs out of Rathdrum rather than one of the bigger towns to the south. For homeowners on the Rathdrum Prairie, that means a crew that doesn't have to cross the county to reach the job. A 25-mile reach from Rathdrum covers Hayden, Hayden Lake, Dalton Gardens, Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene, so the business is placed to take work across most of the local market. Landscaping around Coeur d'Alene runs on a short season. Snow and frozen ground shut most installation down through winter, and once the ground thaws in spring nearly everyone wants a crew at the same time. Patios, plantings, sod and irrigation all compete for the same weeks. Homeowners who want work done by early summer do best to call in late winter, while schedules are still open. Fall is the second window, good for planting and cleanup before the freeze, and it fills up too. Booking a Rathdrum-area landscaper a season ahead is the surest way to get the date you want.
