Lux Contracting Group.

Lux Domus holds a contractor registration with Idaho's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, and painting is the one trade on its record. It's a newer registration, so the business is early in its time on the state's books. Working out of Post Falls keeps it close to the middle of the corridor between the state line and Coeur d'Alene, where most of its jobs would fall. Coeur d'Alene's housing runs from early twentieth-century homes near downtown and the older neighborhoods to newer subdivisions spreading north toward Hayden and Rathdrum. That split matters for paint. Older homes often carry many layers, sometimes including lead-based coatings on pre-1978 trim and siding, so ask how a painter handles scraping, containment and cleanup. Newer builds tend to have fiber-cement or engineered siding and drywall that need the right primer more than heavy prep. Exterior work here also depends on the weather: cold nights in spring and fall affect how paint cures, so talk through timing before you book.
