Tactical Plumbing & Piping LLC.

The service list covers pipe and fixture repair and replacement, sewer line repair and replacement, water heater and sump pump service, and full video inspections of drain and sewer lines. New construction and existing homes both appear on it. The state insures the business under plumbing and sewer pipe cleaning, which matches that list closely. Permits filed in 2025 and 2026 sit mostly in Spokane Valley and Spokane, with residential plumbing and a residential alteration in Cheney and Medical Lake. Crew size falls in the seven-to-ten range, and the state lists Christopher Whitten as a principal since 2021. This is a focused plumbing outfit rather than a broad mechanical firm. It fits a fixture or pipe repair that needs to be scheduled and finished promptly, plumbing for a new house going up in the county, or a camera run down the sewer line before closing on an older home. Large commercial piping projects and hazardous material work fall outside what it lists, and a homeowner with that kind of job will want a different shop. Spokane's housing runs from early-1900s homes on the South Hill and in neighborhoods like Logan and West Central to newer subdivisions in the Valley and out toward Cheney. Older houses can still carry galvanized supply lines and clay or cast iron sewer laterals, which corrode, crack or take in roots over the decades. Newer builds are mostly PEX and PVC, where problems tend to show up at fittings and fixtures instead. Knowing roughly when a house was built, and what the original pipe was, helps a plumber decide whether a video inspection or a straight repair makes more sense.
