Chattaroy Cabinet Co.

The state insures the business under workers' comp classes for interior finish carpentry and for cabinet, countertop and fixture manufacturing, which fits a shop that both builds or supplies the boxes and sets them in place. The crew runs in the four-to-six range. The business traces to an earlier license held under Copper Hound Ranch LLC from 2024, and the current registration dates from 2026. The state lists Blake Hansen as a principal since 2026. The work suits a kitchen or bathroom remodel where new cabinets are the centerpiece, or an existing home that needs countertops or a backsplash replaced without tearing into walls. It also suits a homeowner who wants to pick from branded regional cabinet lines and have the same people handle the install. Large commercial cabinetry runs and structural or framing work fall outside what this shop is set up for, since its focus is residential interior finish. Swapping cabinets and countertops in the same footprint often needs no permit in Spokane or Spokane County, but a remodel that moves plumbing, adds circuits for new lighting or appliances, or opens a wall usually does, and those trades bring their own inspections. Ask early who is pulling which permit. A finish contractor should coordinate with the licensed plumber and electrician so the rough-in passes before cabinets cover it, rather than leaving paperwork to the homeowner.
