Elite Construction & Remodeling LLC.

The state insures the business under roof construction, wood-frame building and general remodeling classes, which lines up with what the permits show: framing and structural work as much as finish work. Beyond the permitted jobs, it advertises flooring, tile, cabinets and closets, windows, doors, egress windows, siding, painting and fences. The state puts the crew at one to three people with the owner working on site, and Sergey Stefoglo is listed as a principal since 2020, the same year the business was established. The fit is a homeowner with a real building project: an addition, a new garage or shop, a deck replacement, or a bathroom or basement that needs walls moved. A small crew with the owner on the job suits that kind of work. A large commercial project is outside what the record shows, and a job that is purely electrical or plumbing belongs with a specialist in that trade. Deciding between repair and replacement on a Spokane house usually comes down to what's under the surface. A deck that has been through years of snow load and spring thaw may look fine on top while the ledger or posts are soft, and that changes the answer. Older bathrooms and basements often hide water damage or outdated framing that turns a refresh into a rebuild. Ask a remodeler to open up or probe the suspect areas before pricing, and to explain which parts are worth keeping.
