Extreme Drywall Finishes LLC.

Extreme Drywall Finishes is registered with Idaho's Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, the agency that handles contractor registration on this side of the state line. That registration dates to 2013. From a base in Hayden, a 25-mile reach covers Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens and Hayden Lake, so jobs across most of Kootenai County's populated corridor sit within range. The Coeur d'Alene area mixes older houses near downtown and around the lakes with large tracts of newer construction in Hayden, Post Falls and Rathdrum, and that split shapes drywall work. Older homes may still have plaster walls or early board that has been patched many times, and matching a new section to an old texture takes care. Newer homes tend to need repairs to settling cracks, nail pops and corner bead, or finishing for basement and bonus-room conversions. A homeowner should ask how the finisher plans to blend new work with the existing texture and what level of finish suits the room's lighting, since raking light from big windows shows every seam.
