NW Custom Creations LLC.

The services NW Custom Creations advertises stay close to the kitchen: custom kitchen design, layout planning, cabinet installation, countertops and full custom remodels, with some general remodeling alongside. The work is residential. A Spokane County permit issued in 2024 for a residential change of use in Spangle ties the license to work south of the city. The state puts the crew at one to three people, so the owner is on the job rather than managing it from a distance. The company says it offers financing through Acorn. That shape suits a homeowner planning a full kitchen overhaul who wants one small team handling design through install, and who may want to spread the cost over time. A whole-house remodel or a project centered on bathrooms, basements or additions is a different kind of job than this shop's focus. Commercial and public building work sits outside its residential footprint. Kitchen remodels in Spokane, Spokane Valley and unincorporated Spokane County often cross into permitted work. Moving or adding plumbing, running new circuits, relocating a range or hood vent, or taking out a wall between the kitchen and dining room generally needs a permit and inspection, while swapping cabinets and countertops in place usually does not. A homeowner should expect the contractor to pull the permit under the contractor's own license. That keeps responsibility for passing inspection with the people doing the work and leaves a clean record when the house is sold.
