Prestige Drywall Co, Inc.

Prestige Drywall is a Post Falls business registered with the state of Idaho, and it has held that registration since 2006. Its work sits on the Idaho side of the line, so it's a local option for homeowners in Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Rathdrum, Dalton Gardens and Hayden Lake. Drywall touches nearly every interior project, from a basement finish to a patch after a plumbing repair, and a nearby crew makes the short visits that kind of work tends to need easier to arrange. Before drywall work starts, pin down the scope in writing. Ask whether the price covers hanging only or also taping, mudding, texture and primer, and which finish level the walls will get. Ask how dust will be contained and who hauls off scraps and empty mud buckets. Agree on how change orders are handled if old framing or water damage turns up behind a wall, and get that agreed before the extra work is done. Ask what happens if cracks or nail pops show up after the first heating season, when houses around Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene dry out and settle, and whether a return visit for touch-ups is included.
