Small jobs and big projects call for different hires. A sticking door or a patch of damaged drywall is handyman work, and most general contractors won't schedule around it. An addition, an ADU or a gutted basement is a different animal: permits through the City of Spokane or Spokane County, inspections at each stage, and several trades that have to show up in the right order.
