Cac Roofing.

Roofing is the only trade on Cac Roofing's registration, so the work is roofs rather than general remodeling with roofing on the side. The Idaho registration dates to 2020. The 25-mile reach from Coeur d'Alene covers the city's older neighborhoods, the newer subdivisions out toward Rathdrum and Post Falls, and the lake-area homes around Hayden Lake and Dalton Gardens. Roof work splits into two kinds of job. A repair is small and specific: a few shingles lifted by wind, a leak at a vent boot or chimney flashing, damage after a heavy snow load slides off. For that, a small local roofer who can come out quickly and diagnose the problem is often the right call, and the main question is whether they'll fix the cause rather than patch the symptom. A full tear-off and replacement is different. Ask how the crew handles decking that turns out to be soft, what underlayment and ice protection go along the eaves, how ventilation will be addressed, and who pulls the permit. Get the scope in writing, including cleanup and disposal, and make sure the timing allows for the short dry season before snow returns to North Idaho.
