Patriot Door & Glass LLC.

Door and glass work is the whole of the trade listed here: windows, doors and the glazing that goes with them. Patriot Door & Glass is a young registration on the Idaho side, issued in 2024, and the business keeps its focus local to Post Falls and the nearby Kootenai County towns rather than ranging across the region. Window and door quotes are hard to compare unless every contractor is pricing the same job. Before asking for bids, write down each opening you want replaced, its rough size, and whether you want a full-frame replacement or an insert that keeps the existing frame. Note the frame material you want, the glass package, and whether trim, interior casing and exterior flashing are part of the price. In older Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene homes, ask each bidder how they'll handle rot or out-of-square openings found once the old unit is out, and get that answer in writing. Ask who handles disposal of old units and whether the manufacturer's warranty and the installer's labor warranty are separate. With that list in hand, three quotes actually line up side by side.
