A Cheney basement being finished in phases got its own subpanel, switches and lights. In Greenacres, a garage got added circuits and a disconnect for mini-split units. Other jobs include a dishwasher circuit and bathroom fans, relocating a three-way switch after a wall came out, power for an auto lift, and correcting a subpanel that had been installed wrong. The state lists Brian Spangler and Jana Spangler as principals since 2024, the year the business was formed. This is a small outfit where the owner does the work, with a crew the state puts at one to three people. That suits a homeowner with a defined residential job: an old panel to replace, a kitchen or bath remodel that needs new circuits, or a garage that needs power for heat, cooling or equipment. Large commercial or industrial electrical work and public contracts sit outside what the record shows. Spokane's housing runs from early-1900s homes on the South Hill and in the older neighborhoods to postwar ranches in the Valley and newer subdivisions toward Cheney and Liberty Lake. Houses from the 1960s and 1970s often still carry Federal Pacific or Zinsco panels, which many electricians recommend replacing. Older homes may also have undersized service or ungrounded wiring that shows up once walls are opened for a remodel. Before planning a kitchen, bath or basement, ask the electrician to look at the panel and service size first, since added circuits for appliances, heaters or mini-splits depend on what the panel can carry.
