Eco Depot Inc.

The public record shows where Eco Depot has done its work. Prevailing-wage filings name the City of Spokane, Spokane County Purchasing, the state Department of Commerce, Moses Lake School District and the Grant County Housing Authority. On every one of those jobs Eco Depot worked under a prime contractor. The current business licence dates to 2019, and a predecessor licence under the same name goes back to 2017. The state lists Bruce Gage, Katie Dull and Nadine Sullivan as principals since 2019. The company is based in Spokane and travels about 25 miles. Eco Depot gets its work through trade relationships and repeat customers, not consumer advertising. That suits a general contractor that needs an electrical sub on a municipal, school or housing-authority job, or an institution that needs ongoing electrical maintenance. A homeowner planning a kitchen remodel or wanting a residential electrician may do better with a shop built around house calls. Electrical work in Spokane splits fairly cleanly by size. A dead outlet, a new fixture or a breaker that keeps tripping is a short visit, and most residential electricians handle it routinely. Bigger projects are different. A panel upgrade in an older South Hill or Garland-area house, rewiring during a remodel, or service for a shop or addition needs permits, inspections and coordination with other trades. For those jobs, ask who pulls the permit and who is on site supervising. Firms that mostly do commercial or public work are often at their best on the larger, scheduled jobs that come with plans and a general contractor.
