Phase Electric LLC.

Electrical is the only trade on the Phase Electric record, so this is a dedicated electrical outfit rather than a general contractor that subs out wiring. Idaho doesn't register electricians the way it registers general builders. It licenses them as a trade, through the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, and Phase Electric holds that Idaho electrical contractor license. The business is set up to work in Idaho, from Post Falls out across Kootenai County. Seasons shape electrical work here more than people expect. Winter is when panels get pushed hardest, with space heaters, heat pumps and block heaters all drawing at once, and it's often when an undersized service or a tired breaker finally shows itself. Exterior work is easier to plan in the dry months: trenching for a detached shop feed, setting a hot tub circuit, or mounting service equipment goes better before the ground freezes. Freeze-thaw can also work on exterior boxes, meter bases and outdoor outlets over time, so it's worth having those looked at when other outdoor jobs are underway. Booking larger upgrades in late summer or early fall leaves room to finish before the cold sets in.
