Greenacres Landscaping LLC.

Greenacres is a Post Falls business, and its registration is with Idaho. That makes it a fit for yards in Post Falls itself and the surrounding Idaho towns within its travel range, such as Coeur d'Alene, Rathdrum and Hayden. The state has carried its registration since 2019, and the full record, with number and dates, appears on this page. Landscaping work splits into two kinds of jobs, and they call for different questions. A small job, such as cleaning up beds, replacing a few shrubs, laying fresh bark or fixing a sprinkler head, is mostly about scheduling and a fair hourly or flat rate. A larger project, such as regrading a yard so water drains away from the foundation, installing a full irrigation system, building retaining walls or putting in a new lawn, is closer to construction. For those, ask for a written scope, a drawing if there's one, and a clear sense of who does the hardscape and irrigation work and who handles any subcontracted pieces. In the Post Falls and Coeur d'Alene area, spring fills landscapers' calendars fast once the snow is gone, so bigger projects are worth planning ahead. For a large job, confirming that the landscaper holds an Idaho contractor registration matters more than it does for a quick fix.
