All Exteriors Siding & Windows.

The name tells you where the work sits: siding and windows, the outside of the house where weather does the most damage. Its trade is listed with the state as windows and doors, and the business is based in Coeur d'Alene, so jobs in Dalton Gardens, Hayden and the towns along the Rathdrum Prairie fall within its usual reach. The second name, All Exteriors & Interior Remodeling, suggests some work inside the house as well. It's worth asking about that directly if your project crosses from the exterior into a remodel. Repair or replace is the real question with windows and doors on a Coeur d'Alene home. A single fogged pane, a sticking sash or a door that's lost its weatherstripping can often be fixed. Rot in the frame or sill is different, and so are drafts across several units in an older house. So is condensation that keeps coming back through hard winters. If the siding around a window is due for work anyway, replacing both together usually means the flashing and trim get done right once. Ask any installer to look at the rough opening and the wall around it, not just the glass, before deciding.
